The Center for European Education is an international institution of the University of Zagreb and the University of Münster within the framework of an international university consortium, defined as a place of research and continuing education, a place where a broad network of cooperation among leading institutions can focus its work on issues of educational reform and European dimension in education.

The founders of the Center are the Faculty of Teacher Education of the University of Zagreb and the Institute of Educational Sciences of the University of Münster.

The one-year international Master’s Study is announced for the next season in the winter semester 2010/2011. The M.A. Study is an internationally accredited joint degree study of the University of Münster (Germany) and the University of Zagreb (Croatia). 

The M.A. program can be studied on a part-time basis provided the students can participate in two month-long full-time attendance periods at the University of Zagreb in October 2010 and the University of Münster in May 2011 respectively.  Attendance is obligatory in those two months while the rest of the Study is locality-free and carried out through an eLearning platform.
